A new addition to our Snowball family — these Red Bean and Matcha Balls bring a comforting, nostalgic twist to a classic favourite. 

Made with slow-cooked red beans simmered gently in brown sugar until soft and aromatic, then blended into a smooth paste and incorporated into buttery cookie dough for a melt-in-the-mouth texture. 

Each piece is finished with a delicate coating of pure matcha mixed with icing sugar, creating a perfect balance between earthy green tea bitterness and subtle sweetness.
